Menu selection includes choosing meal option (vegetarian, non-vegetarian, vegan) that align with the event theme and deciding how the meals will be served (buffet, plated, food station). It also includes beverage planning (alcoholic/non-alcoholic, signature drinks). Caterer selection is based on their track record, experience, budget, and service quality.
